Your First Booking

Learn how to create and manage your first booking in the FlowDule calendar.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to create and manage your first booking in FlowDule.

Create a Booking Manually

While clients can book online, you can also create bookings directly in the calendar:

  1. Go to Calendar in the left sidebar
  2. Click on the desired time slot in the calendar
  3. Select a client (or create a new one)
  4. Choose the service
  5. Confirm the time
  6. Click Save Booking

View Booking Details

Click on an existing booking to see:

  • Client information
  • Selected service and price
  • Any notes
  • Payment status

Edit or Cancel

You can easily modify or cancel a booking:

  1. Click on the booking in the calendar
  2. Click Edit or Cancel
  3. Make your changes
  4. Confirm with Save or Confirm Cancellation
