In this guide, you’ll learn how to create and manage your first booking in FlowDule.
Create a Booking Manually
While clients can book online, you can also create bookings directly in the calendar:
- Go to Calendar in the left sidebar
- Click on the desired time slot in the calendar
- Select a client (or create a new one)
- Choose the service
- Confirm the time
- Click Save Booking
Note
The client will automatically receive a confirmation email unless you opt out.
View Booking Details
Click on an existing booking to see:
- Client information
- Selected service and price
- Any notes
- Payment status
Edit or Cancel
You can easily modify or cancel a booking:
- Click on the booking in the calendar
- Click Edit or Cancel
- Make your changes
- Confirm with Save or Confirm Cancellation
Note
When you cancel a booking, a notification is automatically sent to the client.
