You need to have at least one service configured before you can create appointments. Create services →
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Calendar
Click Calendar in the sidebar on the left. You’ll now see your calendar with any existing bookings.
2. Select a Time Slot
You can create a new appointment in two ways:
- Click directly on the desired time slot in the calendar
- Click the + New button in the top right corner
3. Fill in Booking Details
In the booking form, you need to:
- Select or create a client - Search for an existing client or create a new one
- Choose a service - Select the service the client has booked
- Confirm time and date - Check that the time is correct
- Add notes (optional) - Internal notes about the booking
4. Save the Appointment
Click Save to confirm the booking.
The appointment now appears in your calendar, and the client automatically receives a confirmation.
Different Booking Types
FlowDule supports several types of bookings:
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Single | Standard one-time booking |
| Recurring | Weekly or monthly appointments |
| Group | Multiple participants at the same time |
Tips for Efficient Booking
Quick Booking
Use the keyboard shortcut ⌘+N (Mac) or Ctrl+N (Windows) to quickly create a new booking.
Double Booking
FlowDule automatically warns you if you try to create overlapping bookings.
