Calendar Overview

Understand FlowDule's calendar and the different views tailored to your role.

FlowDule’s calendar automatically adapts to your role in the business. Whether you manage multiple locations, oversee staff at a single site, view your own daily schedule, or book an appointment as a client, the calendar shows exactly what you need.

Your calendar adapts to your role

Each role has its own default view, designed to answer the most important questions for that user type.

Chain Admin

As a Chain Admin, you land on a dashboard with a combined agenda across all locations. The overview shows:

  • Summary cards at the top with today’s total bookings, utilization percentage, alerts (understaffed locations, cancellation spikes), and revenue
  • Chronological agenda view with all bookings tagged with location badges and color-coded by site
  • Location tabs at the top to filter: “All” or a specific location

Location Manager

As a Location Manager, you see a staff view with columns — one column per practitioner showing the day’s schedule side by side. On a mobile screen, 2-3 columns are displayed at a time with horizontal swipe for more.

Practitioner

As a Practitioner, you see a mini-calendar with detail panel — the classic split with a compact month overview at the top (with dots on days that have bookings) and a scrollable day agenda below.

Client

As a Client, you see a simplified booking wizard that guides you step by step: select service, choose practitioner (optional), see available dates in a month grid, pick a date, and then select an available time slot.
