1. Parties to the agreement
These terms of service apply between FlowDule ApS (CVR 46273397, Syrenvænget 8, 8362 Hørning) and the business or individual who creates an account and uses the platform (“the customer”).
2. The service
FlowDule is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for booking, journaling, payments, POS, communication and administration for service-based businesses. The scope of features depends on the chosen subscription.
3. Account and responsibility
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity on the account. The customer warrants that they have the necessary basis to process the personal data they enter into the platform.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, payment terms and invoicing are set out in the chosen subscription (see pricing). Payments are handled via Stripe.
5. Data processing
To the extent that FlowDule processes personal data on the customer’s behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
6. Uptime and support
FlowDule aims for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided via email at contact@flowdule.com.
7. Limitation of liability
FlowDule is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operation, lost profit or loss of data. FlowDule’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Termination
The subscription may be terminated in accordance with the terms applicable to the chosen subscription. Upon termination, the customer may export their data within a reasonable period.
9. Governing law and venue
The agreement is governed by Danish law with the Court of Aarhus (Retten i Aarhus) as the venue.
