How long does setup take?

Under 10 minutes. You create your account, add services and working hours, and share your booking link. You can start taking bookings immediately.

What does it cost?

Start free for 30 days with everything included. Afterwards, a simple price per employee - booking, notes, POS, dashboards, reminders, and GDPR are included. Online payments are only charged when you use them.

Is there a contract?

No. No contract period, no setup fees. You can cancel at any time. We believe you'll stay because FlowDule makes your daily life better - not because you're locked in.

Can I take notes in FlowDule?

Yes. You can create notes, link them to clients and treatments, and keep the entire history in one place. No more paper, Word documents, or separate systems.

Does FlowDule have POS and product sales?

Yes. You can sell products and services directly in FlowDule - with inventory management, receipts, and reporting. Everything integrated with your bookings and clients.

Can I create events and group training?

Yes. FlowDule has an event system for workshops, courses, and group training with participant management, waiting lists, and payments.

Are my data secure?

Yes. FlowDule is built with GDPR in mind - data processing in the EU, access control, consent management, and full control over your clients' data. You can feel safe.

Can I import my clients?

Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with your existing clients, and they'll be ready immediately. You won't lose any history when you switch.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. FlowDule has free apps for iOS and Android. You can manage bookings, view client history, write notes, and check dashboards - all from your phone.

Can we use FlowDule at multiple locations?

Yes. FlowDule is built for multi-location from the ground up. You get a single consolidated overview of all locations - with individual calendars, employees, and settings per location.
